MC Nylon (Monomer Cast Nylon) is commonly used in areas requiring mechanical strength (impact resistance), and the material itself comes in many grades, making it versatile for general use. Using machining processes (Mori Seiki), we create 3D data from drawings using CADCAM for three-dimensional processing. (If you have 3D data, please provide it.) We can flexibly accommodate your company's payment terms, direct shipping, and custom products based on actual items. While we can accept mass production items (high quantities) that result in a higher total amount, we also handle small lots (low quantities) that are often difficult to accept elsewhere.
